Charlotte’s 1st Birthday

Yesterday was Charlotte’s 1st Birthday Party.  We held it in a little park in Hermitage and had a wonderful time. 

Early in the morning Daddy and Oliver blew up the balloons

While Amy played with Charlotte

Aunt “B” Decorated the table with all of the things we’d been working on for weeks and weeks.

While mommy ran around getting the big balloons filled up and some last minute supplies

The party lasted from 11-1 and the weather was windy but lovely

Charlotte MAY have had the best time of all of us

She ate and ate and ate

Then it was time for cake.  Did I mention that Charlotte ate and ate and ate??

And everyone else really enjoyed their cupcakes as well

All the while the kids played and played

Needless to say, we were all in need of a nap by the time it was all over, but none of us more so that the Birthday Girl and her big brother

After naptime we opened the gifties and played around

Then Daddy took care of bath-time while mommy, Aunt B and Amy went for Starbucks and Pedicures (not pictured) .  We ended the evening with a movie and some giggles.

It was a great day. Wish you all could have been here with us. xoxoxo
