Sleepy baby girl.

Hi! Remember us?

So I feel awful that I haven’t updated the Chronicles in such a long time.  I have a string of videos here, mostly of Charlotte.  Oliver whizzes by every now and then, but it’s impossible to keep up with him these days.

He has started to ask to go to the potty when he needs to poopy  which is really exciting.  He doesn’t do it every time but we’re happy for him to do it at all.  Potty training is every bit as much of a pain and as rewarding as we thought it would be.  We’re really big into bribing him.  Gummies, skittles, cookies, pie, ice cream – just to name a few things that help get the job done and make him a little more inclined to ask us to go to the potty.  The only time we really have trouble getting him to use the potty is when he’s playing and doesn’t want to stop.  We still don’t know how to fix that one.

Peeds has developed a habit of biting at Donna’s house.  Poor Reese gets chomped into whenever she makes him mad and sometimes when she hasn’t done anything at all.  We don’t really know how to get him to stop.  He got mad at Donna the other day and bit his own fingers before he realized what he was doing.  Donna thinks that MAY have helped him realize that being bitten hurts and might help him stop.  I certainly hope she’s right.  We don’t know what to do.

Charlotte is eating solids now.  I think that between dieting and exercising my body just refuses to do much more in the milk production department but our little piggy is very demanding when it comes to her meals.  So far she’s eaten Rice Cereal, Single grain baby oatmeal, green beans and carrots.  She eats most of it, though the green beans aren’t her favorite.  She looooooves the carrots.  She ate two little pots of them today.

Anyway, enjoy the videos.  As soon as I get more stuff uploaded to youtube I’ll post again.

Thanks for bearing with us these last few weeks as I attempt to establish a balance between work and home life. xoxoxo
