Check out the commercial. Oli is the only one who made it in and only at the very beginning of the shot. Pixie wasn't cooperating and no one was feeling their best that day.  Still Oli is in the floor at the beging and you can actually see Sug trying to get them to sit still over in the right hand corner at the end.

With a little luck they'll get another shot at something like this in the future when we can all be there sans the colds that were bothering us this time around.

Guess who will be making their television debut in 2012?

I just had to share.  Oliver and Charlotte have been selected to be in a T.V. commercial for their dentist!!

They'll be recording on December 11th.

Exciting stuff. :-)

Wally

We went to the Wally Doctor on Tuesday.  The Doc rx’d a steroid cream for wally to weaken the skin so that he could develop properly.  We finally got around to picking it up from the Pharmacy last night.

Charlie Belle’s Birthday

Thanks to everyone for sending birthday wishes to Charlie Belle.  I think she had a great day.  We went to the Zoo in the morning then she slept most of the afternoon.  We got Chicken nuggets for dinner and had cupcakes for dessert.  All in all, a good day, I think.  Enjoy the vids xoxo

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A Day out with Thomas

We took the kids to see Thomas the tank today at the Central Tennessee Railway Museum.  They were WORN OUT by the time we left.  In fact, Oliver was asleep before we got to I40 (which was only about 1/4 mile from the parking lot lol)

They  both loooooved their first train ride.  I think I see a couple of Jet Setters in the future.

Second soccer practice

Oli had his second soccer practice tonight.  They gave the kids Pinnies and they played on teams.  Oli DID NOT grasp the concept.  Brace yourselves, Grandma’s.  These photos are a little emotional…

Our first soccer practice

So today was our first soccer practice and all in all I’d say it was pretty great.  Our coach, Jason, has never played soccer and never coached either.  We love that.  We’re all going to learn together.  The other parents were all very friendly and the children got along smashingly.

 

At the end of practice Oli told us the 4 rules of soccer.

1. Share

2. Kick the ball into the net

3. Kick the ball to a friend

4. Only use your feet

We had a good chuckle.  Oh and then he sang the Humpty Dumpty nursery rhyme and at the end told me, “Humpty Dumpty should have been more careful, mommy”
