After nearly a week of being apart, we were able to reunite on Monday evening. All four of us gathered in the floor as we cuddled with Peeds who we’d been missing all week and he got to cuddle his baby sister who he had only see one time before this.
They’re so cute together. Peeds is absolutely crazy about what he calls, “His Baby”. We just need to find a way to help him express everything that he’s feeling. When Charlie goes to move out of the house in 30 year or so, I’ll be able to tell her how much her big brother loved her. And how when we brought her home he was wild enough to shoot at :-) and that since she was able to survive infancy with Peeds “helping” us with her, she deserves to live a loooooooong and fruitful life. :-D
I’m really looking forward to sharing future posts of his antics where she is concerned. Like today when he hugged her and she actually grunted because he squeezed her so hard or when he got mad at her because he wanted her hat and we wouldn’t give it to him so he smacked her or how on the night when we got here he tried to play ball with her and threw his bouncy ball at her which bounced off of her head. There are many many more adventures to come. And I’m looking forward to all of them. As I’m sure, you’re looking forward to hearing about them.
