San Juan

Daniel and I are having a lovely time in San Juan. We arrived yesterday and state close to the hotel. Today, after sleeping in, having breakfast then getting a Starbucks, we ventured into Old San Juan and visited the Old Fort to learn a bit of history about the island. On the way to the other part of the fort we got caught in a torrential down pour and were soaked from head to toe. So we stopped at a bar and got a drink.  Then we walked around the city for a couple of hours while the rain died down. Ventured into some shops, got another coffee and some bits and pieces then took a ferry across the bay and toured the Bacardi Rum factory.  After that we took the ferry back to San Juan and walked around some more before grabbing some dinner.  We ended the evening back at the Caribe Hilton where Daniel is now fast asleep.  It's been a great day :-)
