A letter from Bec...
January 12, 2011
Dear Family and Friends,
First, I would like to say HAPPY 3 months BIRTHDAY to Charlotte Annabelle Clarke.
Second, the reason for this letter is to inform you of an exciting opportunity. Rachel and I have decided to plan a Christmas gathering for Christmas 2012. We are planning on renting a rather large; depending on how many want to participate; cabin in Gatlinburg, TN. Everyone or couple would have their own bedroom and bath suite. Daniel and Rachel have requested a joining bath with their children. The cabin will be pet friendly, so anyone wishing to bring their pet that is 25lbs or smaller will be able to for a $15 fee per night per pet. A crate is also required for each pet you bring so if we leave it alone it will be safe from harm. This is to protect you and your wallet so that nothing is destroyed while we are gone and protecting the pet from being killed when we return from our destination. :o)
I have attached a link below for your convenience. "The White House" is the cabin of choice but if you would like to do your own research please keep in mind these particulates. Rachel and I agree that each couple would most likely enjoy their own bedroom and bathroom. Rachel and Daniel would like a bathroom that joins with Oliver and Charlotte’s room. The Cabin should be pet friendly and smoke free. It should have; Cable TV; WIFI; Fully Equipped Kitchen with microwave; Linens & Towels provided; and Washer and Dryer.

Please be sure and let Rach or I know if you are going to participate NLT (no later than) 16 February 2011. Rachel is convinced that there will need to be a non-refundable deposit posted with reservations and with a group as large as we are hoping for we need to go ahead and reserve the cabin within the next month. Cost of the cabin will be split between each adult (over 18) equally. Dates will be 19 December 2012 – 26 December 2012 and they are subject to change according to peoples schedule if we need to.
We look forward to hearing a positive response from you and helping plan our…

Video from Rob’s Marching Exercise after his Graduation–And New Year’s Eve info
After the Graduation Ceremony we all drove up to the training center where Rob spent 16 weeks training. That is a video of them Marching. Rob is the guy in crutches on the far side of the field. He’s the very last one so you can’t miss him.
After graduation Mom had some people over to her house as a little celebration for him. We made him donut cakes and presented him with donut themed gifts as a way of Congratulating him. He seems to be enjoying his new position.
My Mom and Dad came down to watch the kids for us so that we could go out for New Year’s Eve. We went to Downtown Nashville to watch the Guitar drop at the end of Lower Broadway. We had an absolute blast. The weather was GREAT! It was breezy and mild for the most part. There were some light sprinkles right up until the 10 second count before midnight. As the thousands of people surrounding us started to count down to midnight, the wind picked up and the rain started pelting. It was crazy! But most of us were too busy celebrating to really care much.
Sug and I ended up walking back to S20th street to our car because catching a cab was impossible with all of the other people vying for them. We enjoyed our walk, though.
Hugs and kisses to all of our loved ones who couldn’t be with us on New Year’s. We’ll see you soon!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
