May 2012 Beach Trip (post IV)

So below are the bubble photos finally!!!  I have managed to figure out how to make my iPhone talk to Rachel's blog so that I no longer have to wait for the photos to download... it will do it automatically now... woohoo!!!

Anyway, see photos below...

When we went to the bass pro shop we found a life jacket for Pixie.  She is a natural swimmer... loves it!!!

Poor Pix had to go to the corner... I hate doing this to her but she has to learn what no means somehow...

Had to take a photo of it because she looked so cute in the outfit too...

Pizza for dinner... Peeds wouldn't cooperate for a photo op...

Ended the day hanging out in the bed and watching Dora... Such good babies... love evening time with them.  They are sweet and love to snuggle.

May 2012 Beach Trip (post III)

Wednesday 30 May

So I forgot that I had a video from the big bubble bath last night...  just ignore the fact that Charlie almost drowns... she lived... heehee kids will be kids.

Well Charlie woke up at 5:30am this morning... love her, I really do!  So we started to go out on the balcony... when I saw it was raining and then when we opened the door the rain blew inside... Tropical Depression Beryl... what fun.  Looks like it's a day of inside stuff.

Toaster strudels, bananas, and fruit loops for breakfast...

After early early morning breakfast I went to take a shower and kind of hid myself in the bedroom when someone found me and kind of hid herself into the bed with me...

Charlie and I slept for two hours.  After we all got up we decided to go to the Bass Pro Shop so that Uncle Todd could buy a new target to practice shooting his bow.

They liked looking at the real fish and looking at the fish hanging from the ceiling... Charlie would get really excited when she saw an animal... especially the bears in the store.

When we left the Bass Pro Shop we decided to get some lunch.  Oliver fell asleep on the way there so Todd had to carry him in.  Once we got our food he was awake enough to eat.  Have I mentioned that Charlie loves to eat?  I mean Looooooooves to eat. If that girls eyes are open she is eating.  These are just a few candid shots from Friendly's restaurant.  Then is was nap time for all...

After Ollie woke from his nap today we played with their new bubble blowers...  Charlie was still sleeping.  Then Uncle Todd took him down to the pool area to play in the pool.  They were back in 30 mins and Ollie had not finished napping so we put him back down for a bit then Charlie woke up and she played a little bit.  After the storm this morning the beach was really dirty with sea weed and so we decided to take the day off from the beach and go tomorrow.

So I had originally planned to do today as a full day post but it seems that I'm not able to from Lunch after will have to be on another post... Wednesday to be continued...

May 2012 Beach Trip (post II)

Tuesday 29 May Post Nap...

Todd got up first then Ollie then Charlie... everyone had their cranky pants on... whewww I just wanted to put them all back to bed...

but after two toaster strudels and chocolate milk everything was peachy so we headed to the pool...

So we moved from pool to pool this afternoon and finally had to call it a day at 5 because Charlie's lips were purple and she was shivering...  The hotel has two outdoor pools a hot tub a lazy river  and a kid pool with a mushroom as you can tell.  It also has an indoor pool, indoor lazy river and an indoor hot tub.

Once we got back in the room and had the suits off and the tile floors dry, because Charlie always falls down, we were sitting there and I look over at Oliver and he is picking at his bum... I said Oliver what are you doing? He said digging for gold.... LMBO!!!!

We had peanut butter and bananas for dinner...

After dinner we had some time to kill so we went to the pavilion 3 blocks down the road.

Todd and Charlotte waited while Ollie and I got on the Ferris Wheel...

He liked it at the top but, we were on it forever... he asked how do we get this guy to stop and let us off... lol

He told me that he was taking a nap on the Ferris Wheel

Ollie got to ride in a pumpkin... all by himself like a big boy

After the pumpkins we got on a big roller coaster and he loved it.  We came back to the room and they took a big bubble bath.

Ollie told me his normal quote, "I'm a good boy!" I just smiled at him and he said, Yes?... or No? so funny made me laugh really hard out loud!!!

Becca here a again with a tour of our hotel room...

This is our hotel room and views and such!  The kids love the balconies... and want so much to throw something off of it from the 12th floor.

Of course had to brag a little with this fantastic ocean view... it's not oceanfront but it's just as good to me. :o)
